The available delivery services and total charge are shown before payment. Any free-delivery offer applies only when your order meets its stated conditions.

Items may be dispatched by our supply partners, including partners outside the UK. Processing and transit times vary by product. The delivery period agreed before purchase applies to your order; otherwise, delivery will be within 30 days. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Separate parcels and tracking

Items in one order may arrive separately. Tracking is supplied when available after dispatch. Use your shipping confirmation or our Track your order page.

Delivery problems
